Thanks to tlchristy, this issue has now been resolved:
"To end the 0,0 waypoint error you must use X-Plane Navdata 11.40 version with the 124TH ATC - In other words do not use the 11.50 Navdata with 124TH ATC...
Download 11.50 for the sim but download 11.40 for use with the 124th plugin..."
Hi All The fix suggested by tlchristy seems to work. I've just tried my old Exeter to Newcastle route and got perfect vectors to land on R07. So just make sure that you load the XP 11.41- Navigraph data into 124thATC rather than the newer 11.50 version. Great to have this up and running again :D Che...
Hi tlchristy Yeah, I thought the latest Navigraph stuff might have been the culprit as the 0/0 issue seemed to start after I installed installed the 2012 XP 11.50 Navigraph update. I'll go back to 11.41- version for 124thATC and see if that works OK. Thanks for the heads up but any idea what's chang...
Thanks Antonello. Just tried a flight from Dublin to Newcastle with v a61. Still getting this 0/0 problem with the ILS waypoint, I'm afraid: 124thATC v2.0-a61 15:38:46: SetILSPath ILS entered: Lat 0.000000 Lon 0.000000 124thATC v2.0-a61 15:38:46: AddToFlightPlan: Adding ILS - 0.000000 0.000000 124th...
I think it's this Waypoint +0 +0 issue that's causing my problems as well. That would be where the Greenwich Meridian crosses the Equator, I guess. No wonder I'm getting vectored to 179 degrees when I get near Newcastle Airport. It might also explain why I'm not getting automatic descent vectors as ...
Hi Steve Hopefully Antonello will get this sorted. I'm fairly convinced that it's an ILS frequency issue as there are probably several in the UK which use the same frequency as Newcastle (111.50). I think 124thATC is getting EGNT mixed up with another airport, hence the instruction to turn to headin...
Thanks for testing Steve, much appreciated. I don't tend to enter the STAR until I'm advised to do so by 124thATC but maybe that's where I'm going wrong. I fly the Zibo 737 as well, by the way. I'll try entering the STAR in the Zibo FMC before I get any vectors next time and see what happens. Were y...
Hi Antonello Thanks for the reply but I'm not sure what you mean by OSD? I don't enter flight levels for individual fixes into 124thATC. I just enter the cruise level. So my flight plan that I paste into 124th looks like this for the EGTE to EGNT route: EXMOR NUMPO BCN DIKAS NAVOV GOGIG TOPRO TALGA ...
Just a quick update. Returning back to Newcastle from Exeter the 124thATC select STAR screen came up and I clicked on POL1N and then XP froze for several seconds and crashed to desktop. This is the relevant bit of the log file: 124thATC v2.0-a60 09:17:59: STAR 1 POL1N, runway 07, selected by user 12...
Hi 124thATC has behaved pretty well for me since I first started using it but over the last few flights things have gone wrong and I don't know why. I flew from Newcastle (EGNT) to Exeter (EGTE), a flight I've done many times. At the north side of the Bristol Channel I'm at FL240 and ATC hands me ov...
No file attachment allowed because of a file quota limit. Here's the log content: : Adding Heavy to runway 16 at Dublin (EIDW) because flow 'Southerly Flow' allows them to depart but not land. 124thATC v2.0-a60 09:26:52: Airport to search in file: G:\Games\X-Plane 11\Custom Scenery\Global Airports\E...
It doesn't happen very often but sometimes when I enter an airport ICAO code 124th ATC thinks I'm flying to another airport. For example, if I enter EDDV (Hanover), 124th ATC thinks I'm flying to Langenselbold (listed as XEDDV in the XP database). Is there any way of stopping this from happening?
