loss of ATC during flight

Sometimes and for some unknown reason, the contact center window is stealthy, which prevents us from making contact with the requested center..and then we lose the ATC.
Is it possible to make the simple modification to recall the last center in progress to resume operations?
This is the main bug of this software otherwise very good.

Hi marcopol,
thanks for report it, I'm going back to the development in the next days, I'll check it out. Please remember to attach any logs if you have.
I moved your post in the correct section.

there is simply an amendment to make that would be able to recall the last message issued by the ATC and everything would work wonderfully well. the problem is stealthy readback windows, so impossible to click.
(I'm in Plane 10.51) for example put a key "reminder atc" in the frequency selector +.

Hi,
In fact, it would simply be a modification where we could recall the last readback to validate if it could not be done. It's pretty simple.
A question:
in the program, do you have a way to check that the requested readback has been clicked? because that's the problem.
That being the case, maybe it comes from the configuration of my system ...But I do not know why.
In fact, it would be necessary to know which instruction was used to display these readback windows, because if they are considered like a pop-up, possible that my system of protection cancels them.
but to solve this problem of stealth, it would be necessary to have a key "reminder" that would display again the last requested readback ...
Thank you for answering me..

I have a similar problem. Often, origin, destination and flight number are deleted from the FMC when I receive the message "expect runway number nnnnn". No more instructions are received.

Hi Marcopol,
I'm working on this, is not a trivial change, I'll try to implement the correction in the .60 if possible

Thank you Antonello
it would be great because it is the most important bug to lose ATC en route ... and a reminder of the driver is what it takes!
I'm waiting for the new version then.

I'll definitely try. Marcopol I identified multiple issue, so please remember to share all the log/screenshot, video, etc about the issue, in order to be sure to identify also the one you guys are facing. According to the previous descriptions you sent via mail, I was still not able to exactly identify the issue. There are different functions involved, so please, speak also with the x-p.fr community, for share any material that can be helpful to exactly identify the function. Also any detailed description in this post will be useful. Please feel free to ask that guys to join this thread in order to obtain as much information is possible. I'm planning to release the .60 in one or two week, let's try to promote any change in this version.

indeed, it is very difficult to identify since by nature it is random. We do not know if it comes from the ATCth124 or the mechanics of Windows 10.
but to solve the problem definitively even if we do not know the origin of this stealth and this loss of ATC, the best is to apply the remedy which is to provide in "frequency selector" a touch "ATC reminder "permanent" function that would display the last readback window or the last transmission from the ATC to the pilot..
the anomaly would thus be resolved.

I'm afraid is slightly more complex then how it appears. I need to identify exactly the bug in order to fix without compromising other functions.
124thATC is becoming a really complex piece of software, and unfortunately is not easy at all to promote a code change without exactly know the issue. But thanks for the advice, I'm working deeply on it. If you have chance to grab a log, screenshot, whatever, it will helps.

so just to say that for some time now I have not had this stealthy window anomaly anymore. It is possible that this one is related to something that was in my windows 10. I did not do anything precise on it, but this boredom disappeared ...
Mystery of the informaticus leprechaun!
the only thing I did was reload the .59 version without changing the vocals.
maybe it came from there.
It would be nice to have the possibility of a different choice of voice controller / pilot, inside the software.

this anomaly still happens from time to time, I often solve the problem by reloading my Airbus A 350 aircraft from Flight Factor.
weird

Hi Marcopol,
thanks for report it.
is that issue happening only with the FF A350?
