I have recently flown from LPPT to LPPR, when being cleared for ILS I was instructed to contact tower on 118 when established, although this is the correct frequency, it was not spoken by ATC correctly, ATC only said "ONE ONE EIGHT" not "ONE ONE EIGHT DECIMAL ZERO" as it should be spoken, this obviously doesn't happen very often so possibly not been picked up before.
