hello, I have a problem, when I open the atc, the audio of the controller is very low, is there a way to increase the audio, so that I can hear what it says? thank you

the TTS functionalities are provided by X-Plane through the operating system TTS, 124thATC just sends the string to X-Plane SDK, I don't have control of that options. I suppose is related to the Windows configuration, try to take a look at that. Also try with different voices, maybe is an issue related to a specific module.
