I also have the same with ATIS. In order for ATIS to appear in the form of text, you must check the "Enable text ATC messages" option (in the Settings / Sound menu) in XP.
But this unfortunately causes that 124thATC messages will also be displayed in this window. So I'll be duplicated.

Two more strange cases:
LFRG (ATIS) ---> 124thATC displays 119.170 (instead of 119.175)
LFRD (ATIS) ---> 124thATC displays 124.570 (instead of 124.575)
